Very convenient location. Entire staff was very friendly and courteous throughout. They went out their way to accommodate our request for late check by providing us with alternate shower and rest facilities because the room has been booked. Very knowledgeable in interesting places to visit. Hotel was definitely adequate for our short visit.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the airport in Taoyuan. The room was spacious and clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They provided assistance in finding local restaurants and even helped with my business needs. Convenient distance from the airport, free parking. the hotel is easy to find for those traveling by car. the bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious enough.

The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee tasted like water. the gym was small and outdated, with only a few machines that were not always functional.

Price and location are quite conveniecne for me.

I stayed there just one night for the transit however, this hotel is very nice for the one night stay. They have good swimming pool and outdoor hot spring. We had a wonderful chinese dinner at very low price. I asked massage at the lobby and they provided me round van service to massage shop near. It is only 25min from airport by taxi at 500 twd. I shopped good Oolong tea at Carrefour within working distance. The employees were very kind and speak English well enough for the basic communication. If I stay only one night at Taipei for transit, I will be there again.

The elevator are card acvivated and door card is only working for lobby. swimming pools and the room floor. I reserved two rooms by different agents and they gave me the rooms at different floor which was terrible experience to go to another room. At the menu for dinner, there was Peking duck but they do not serve, for which I have to wait for more 20 min to order alternatives. Many western visitors complained this hotel for the smells even though it was provided as free for the tranvist by China Airline. However, I am sure that they will complain every Chinese or other Asian hotel even more severely. It is just cultural difference. If you don't feel different, it is not real trip. Enjoy your trip.
